ALMA creates retreat spaces where women can step out of daily responsibilities and return to themselves.

Nothing needs to be achieved here.

And yet, something meaningful often shifts.

Many women come to ALMA carrying invisible weight — especially mothers.

At ALMA, you are not needed by anyone else.

You don’t have to organise, anticipate, or hold things together.

For a few hours or days, you are simply held.
